To calculate your ecological footprint, answer "yes" or "no" to the following statements. For some categories you must answer "yes" only once to the situation that suits you best. If you are not in any of the cases proposed, you can estimate your consumption between 1 (economical) and 10 (spender).

Alimentation

You buy packaged, prepared, processed, cooked products.

At each meal, you have a lot of losses (discarded surplus).

You eat a lot.

You buy from local producers at the market.

You buy a lot at the supermarket.

You are a vegetarian.

You buy mostly organic products.

You have a kitchen garden.

You often take baths.
